Make Good Use of PayPal with Buyer Protection

Paypal allows members to send money without sharing financial information, with the flexibility to pay using their account balances, bank accounts, credit cards or promotional financing.

We recommend our buyer use Paypal as a payment method, because it has a great buy protection.

We offer you some solutions if you are not happy with the item you bought.

1. Once you placed the order, please allow us 1-2 business days for confirming the payment and preparing the shipment.

2. After you received the item, if you don't like the item you bought, you can eigher request a replacement or a full refund.

3. Just contact us for any requests you want. If all the ways you tried didn't work things out, you can also contact Paypal and open a dispute and let paypal take the job.  We are pretty sure that all will be solved in a perfect condition.

Paypal take buyer's online shopping experience very serious, and we are feeling the same way.

But I'm gonna show you a very tough example for you and let you guys know that NOT all conditions is qulified with Paypal Protection.

There was a man, who placed an order on our website total 1500.97 USD, but played a trick that he only sent 0.01 USD through paypal, intercept the submitted information that being sent to Paypal gateway and modify the total paying amount.

More interesting things is, he use photoshop to change the paypal confirmation email and make it looks like he really paid 1500.97 USD.

And threatened us to ship the item, if we don't he will post bad comment towards our website. The thing is we will not send any of items without payment get paid.

He didn't contact paypal, insist on that we cheated, it's not making any sense we don't ship items with payment received.  The buyer didn't use paypal buyer protection program, that 's the obvious reason that he is playing tricks.

So I 'm here to let our customers know that if you have something wrong with the transaction, or dissatisfied with the item you bought,

2, If contacting us not make you happy and still disappointed about it, you can contact directly for money back request, there is always a way to work things out.
